Cancellation policy of registration
All cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.
Payment
All payments should be made in Euro. You can pay by bank transfer and by major international credit cards. If you pay by bank transfer please make sure to quote your name and EMCH2027 on the transfer document. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. In any case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk. Payment confirmations and invoices are to be sent by Diamond Congress after receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy
85% refund ( administrative fee is 15% ) in case of cancellation received before 20 February, 2027
50% refund – in case of cancellation received between 20 February - 12 March, 2027
No refund – in case of cancellation, received after 12 March, 2027
